We use Royal Mail Tracked Services to ship our items, to ensure you get your items as quickly and safely as possible. You may choose the postal service at the checkout.
For security, we recommend choosing one of the signed for options. Please note that any missing parcels will need to be raised with Royal Mail.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via Royal Mail 48, unless otherwise stated.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Saturday and Sunday.
You will be notified by email at the following order stages;
- Order Accepted & Processing
- Order on hold (if you’ve pre-ordered or are using our payment spread)
- Order Completed (we also send an SMS)
Once your order has been completed, your delivery information will be added to your order notes along with the relevant tracking information.
If you have not received an email then please check your junk folder as sometimes they can end up in there.
Royal Mail delivery times are 1-2 days for 24 and 2-3 days for 48 but this cannot be guaranteed and as such the Jedi Archives cannot accept any responsibility for any delays from the postal service.
We update our postal costs inline with Royal Mail and other courier changes, which is calculated at checkout.

We offer worldwide shipping and use tracked services with all orders. Prices are based on weight/size and are calculated automatically at the checkout.
Customers are responsible for their countries own taxes and import fees. All invoices are marked with the retail prices.
If you require a different service to those listed then please get in touch.
You may select an alternative shipping address at the checkout stage, otherwise we will use your billing address.
Items are never dispatched or delivered on weekends or national holidays. Delivery times are estimates only, no delivery times are guaranteed.

We understand that sometimes items can get damaged in transit and are happy to arrange returns in this event. If this does happen, you need to let us know via email within 48 hours of delivery.
If you wish to return an item for another reason, please email at email@example.com, quoting your order number and your request.
Any items returned must be returned unopened, undamaged and in a sellable condition. Refunds will only be issued once items have been received and their condition checked. We reserve the right to reduce refund amounts in the event of any damages.
Please do not return items without contacting us first. We will cover return costs for damaged or faulty items but not in other cases, where the customer is responsible for any return postage costs.
