We understand that sometimes items can get damaged delivered in transit and are happy to arrange returns in this event. If this does happen, you need to let us know via email within 48 hours of delivery.
If you wish to return an item for another reason, please email at email@example.com, quoting your order number and your request.
Any items returned must be returned unopened, undamaged and in a sellable condition. Refunds will only be issued once items have been received and their condition checked. We reserve the right to reduce refund amounts in the event of any damages.
Please do not return items without contacting us first. We will cover return costs for damaged or faulty items but not in other cases, where the customer is responsible for any return postage costs.
